S: Karena dengan paket hemat yang kami tawarkan Anda tidak perlu lagi menghabiskan uang Anda untuk sekedar install ulang komputer Anda. Jika Anda bisa install sendiri kenapa harus membayar orang untuk melakukan pekerjaan mudah seperti ini.

A: Apakah paket pesanan akan sampai tujuan?
S: Ya, kami menjamin paket Anda akan sampai tujuan sesuai alamat yang Anda berikan kepada kami. Kecuali Anda memberikan alamat palsu.

A: Saya takut tertipu, adakah bukti pengiriman yang Anda lakukan?
S: Untuk contoh bukti pengiriman paket yang telah kami kirim bisa dicek di http://store.fikrishare.com/p/bukti-pengiriman.html, kami selalu mengirimkan nomor resi pengiriman paket kepada pembeli sehingga bisa dicek sendiri kebenarannya.

A: Di manakah lokasi seller?
S: Kami berasal dari Lampung.

A: Apakah bisa COD?
S: Karena aktivitas kerja yang padat, sekarang kami tidak menerima COD lagi. Paket hanya bisa dikirim melalui jasa pengiriman.

A: Apakah CD/DVD di kunci?
S: Tidak, kami tidak memberikan perlindungan/ pengunci pada CD/DVD yang kami jual. Anda bisa menyalin atau memperbanyak isi CD/DVD yang Anda pesan.

A: Apakah sudah termasuk ongkos kirim (ongkir)?
S: Khusus untuk paket hemat ini gratis ongkir untuk daerah Lampung, Banten, Jawa Barat, Tangerang, Jakarta, dan Yogjakarta. Untuk daerah lain hanya gratis setengah harga ongkir dan setengah ongkirnya ditanggung pembeli.

A: Bagaimana cara memesan paket hemat ini?
S: Anda bisa pesan paket hemat ini dengan cara SMS-kan Nama Anda_Daerah tujuan_Jenis paket yang Anda pilih dikirim ke 087797944896 atau 085669631424 

A: Paket dikirim melalui jasa apa dan berapa lama paket sampai ditujuan?
S: Paket dikirim melalui jasa POS atau JNE (sesuai kesepakatan), sedangkan lama pengiriman biasanya via POS (2-3 hari untuk area Jakarta, sedangkan area lain 3-7 hari), via JNE (area kota 2-4 hari, sedangkan area luar kota 3-5 hari). Proses pengiriman sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada jasa pengiriman, lama masa pengiriman mungkin saja bisa berubah tergantung kebijakan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh jasa pengiriman.

JNE : Selasa, Kamis, dan Sabtu
POS : Senin - Kamis
